Cherry Rubarb Bite

Materials
200 gr Freya Gurme Sour Cherry Işkın sauce
45g chia
20 ml maple syrup
180 g dark chocolate
10 g coconut oil
Fabrication
Mix your chia, syrup and sauce.
Wait for it to thicken in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Put coconut oil into the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.
Shape the sauce you took out of the freezer into the shape you want.
dip it in chocolate
Then put it back in the freezer
Bring it 5-10 minutes ahead of the time you want to serve it.
