Sour Cherry Işkın & Pistachio Croquant

200 g sugar
85 g peanut kernels
100 g Sour Cherry Işkın Sauce
Put the sugar in the pan
Turn over medium low heat until caramelized.
When it starts to caramelize, throw in the peanuts and mix very quickly.
Lay it on baking paper, place another baking paper on it and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
You can cut it any way you want.
