Rice with Ginger Bitter Pear Sauce

300 g basmati rice
1 onion
200 g boiled peas
200 g boiled broad beans
100 g finely chopped dill
200 g FreyaGurme ginger Spicy Pear sauce
olive oil
Boil your rice for 15 minutes in a hot pot filled with water.
Chop the onion into crescent shapes and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
Drain your rice and place it in the onion mixture.
Add the vegetables
Add your sauce and salt and turn off the heat.
Garnish with dill
