Cheesecake with Spicy Ginger and Pear Sauce
6-8 people

Cooking time: 1 hour
2 packs of oatmeal biscuits
125 g melted, cooled butter
3 eggs
600 g cream cheese
200 g cream
250 g Freya Gurme Ginger Spicy Pear
165 g granulated sugar
30 g flour
30 g starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grated 1 lemon
Put a bowl of water in your oven and turn it to 180 degrees upside down mode.
In the rondo, beat your biscuits into bread crumbs.
Pour over butter and mix until it reaches a dough consistency.
Put it in your cheesecake bowl and set it aside.
In a countertop beater, mix cream cheese and cream until smooth.
Add sugar and continue mixing.
Reduce the power of the whisk and add the eggs one by one.
Turn off the whisk, add the other ingredients and mix with the help of a spatula.
Place it on top of your biscuit mixture and place it in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Then turn the temperature to 150 and cook for another 30 minutes.
After cooking, open the oven door and leave it to cool.
You can decorate and serve with seasonal fruits of your choice.
