Cherry Rubarb Vine Barley Pilaf
8-10 people

1 medium onion
250 g barley noodles
250 gr Freya Gurme Sour Cherry Rhubarb Sauce
30 g stuffed peanuts
5g salt
5 g black pepper
2 g cinnamon
30 g allspice
50 vine leaves, chopped
30 ml olive oil
750 ml hot water
Put olive oil in a rice pot, add diced onions and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add pine nuts
Add the barley noodles and roast for another 5-6 minutes on low heat.
Add the spices
Add the vine leaves.
Add your cherry sauce and mix.
Add the water, bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
You can serve it on any plate you want.
