Blueberry Lavender Biscuit

Materials
450 g flour
170 ml milk
125g oil at room temperature
50g coconut sugar
5 g teaspoon baking powder
grated 1 lemon
2g salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 gr Freya Gurme Blueberry Lavender Sauce
15 ml lemon juice
Fabrication
Preheat the oven to 200 C
Add all the ingredients except milk and lemon juice and mix for 10-15 minutes.
Add milk and lemon juice
Bring to dough consistency
Put the dough in the baking trays
Cook for 45 minutes
Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Cut it in the middle and serve with equal amounts of sauce.
