Blueberry Lavender Vegan Cake

170 g almond flour
100g coconut sugar
5 g baking powder
2 g baking soda
75g vegan fat
200 g psyllium
300 g oat flour
200 ml hot water
200 gr Freya Gurme Blueberry Lavender sauce
Put all the ingredients except the blueberry sauce in a deep bowl.
Beat in a hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 20 minutes.
Let it cool.
Add your Freya Gurme sauce and decorate with fresh blueberries.
Enjoy your meal!
