Dragon Heaven Crumble Cake

For the cake;
2 eggs
160 g yoghurt
160g coconut sugar
200 g flour
130 ml oil
10 g baking powder
10 ml vanilla extract
250 g Freya Gurme Dragon Fruit sauce
For Crumble;
60 g flour
30 g powdered sugar
30 g cold butter
Turn your oven to 180 degrees up and down.
Beat the oil and sugar in a countertop mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs one by one.
Add yoghurt, oil and vanilla extract and continue whisking.
Add the baking powder to the flour and mix
Stop your mixer and add the flour mixture slowly.
Pour your mixture into the greased baking dish.
Pour Freya Gurme Dragon Fruit Sauce over it.
For the crumble, mix all the ingredients by hand and
Place it in pieces on the sauce.
Bake and serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
