Dragon Fruit Tart

30 g butter
80 g plain oil
25 g yoghurt
25 g orange peel
40g freya coconut sugar
25 g almond flour
25g baking powder
50 g oil
25 ml orange juice
300 g Freya Gurme Dragon Fruit Sauce
To decorate;
fresh dragon fruit
vanilla ice cream
Put butter, clarified butter, yoghurt, orange zest, coconut sugar, oil and egg into a deep bowl and mix well.
Put half of your flour into the mixture and knead it.
Add baking powder, orange juice and remaining flour, mix and continue kneading.
Wrap it in stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll out 60% of your dough on wax paper according to your tart mold using a rolling pin.
Trim the edges with the help of a knife.
Add Dragon Fruit sauce into it.
Roll out the remaining dough, cut it into a rectangle and place it on top.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 C.
