“A beautiful garden only grows with the breath of its owner. Food gets its taste and flavor from the person who prepares it.” Based on his words, we set out with the dragon fruit we grew in our own land. While we continue to produce dragon fruit in our family business, Freya Greenhouse, we also sought to bring this fruit, which requires a lot of patience and effort to grow, to our tables.
