Cherry Rubarb Honey Mahmudiye

Materials
500 g sautéed chicken breast
500 g sautéed chicken thigh (boneless)
3 medium sized onions
50 g sultana grapes
50 g currants
100 g almond kernels
100 g butter
25 g fresh thyme
5g salt
8 g black pepper
10 g cinnamon
40 grams of honey
150 gr Freya Gurme Sour Cherry Işkın Sauce
Fabrication
Sauté chicken and 1 onion in boiling water in a pot.
(peeled) boil for about 15 minutes
Drain the water and set aside.
Melt the butter, add your chicken and start roasting.
Add 2 medium sized chopped onions and fry for about 25 more minutes.
Add your almonds and continue roasting.
Add salt and pepper
Strain the grapes soaked in water and add them to the mixture.
Add cinnamon and continue sautéing.
Add the 50 ml chicken broth you reserved and cook over low heat until the water evaporates.
After draining the water, turn off the heat.
Add honey and Sour Cherry Işkın sauce, mix quickly.
Serve garnished with fresh thyme.
