Phyllo Ginger Spicy Pear

Materials
4 baklava phyllo sheets
150 g brie cheese
150 g Freya Gurme Ginger and Spicy Pear Sauce
1 pear
200 ml cream
2 eggs
salt pepper
Fabrication
Turn your oven to 180 degrees upside down.
Crumple your dough and place it in your baking dish.
Cut your cheese and pear into thin slices
Put it between your sheets
Put your sauce between your phyllo dough.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cream and whisk.
Place them in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
