350 g mixed Mediterranean greens
100g shrimp
45 g Olive oil
30 g Freya Gurme Passionfruit
25g avocado
25g dried edamame
10g Mustard
15g salt
Sauté the shrimps with olive oil and salt.
Take all the greens in a bowl. Add the salad ingredients one by one.
For the salad dressing, mix olive oil, mustard, passionfruit sauce and salt in a small bowl.
Add the sauce on your salad.
If you wish, you can also add quinoa or black rice to increase the nutritional value.
