Cherry Rubarb Galette

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
225 g flour
25g coconut sugar
200 g unsalted oil at room temperature
250 g cream cheese
30g coconut sugar
125 gr Freya Gurme Sour Cherry Işkın Sauce
20 g roasted almonds
1 egg yolk
Enough ice water
Vanilla ice cream, as desired
Sift the flour and put it in a large bowl with sugar and mix well.
Add oil, salt and water and knead.
Bring to dough consistency
Add cream cheese
Mix with a fork until it softens.
Wrap it in stretch film and let it rest for 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 210c
Roll out your dough to a width of 28 cm on the floured counter.
Place on baking paper
In another bowl, mix the sour cherry sauce and almonds and place them in the dough, leaving a 5 cm gap around the edges.
Seal the edges and apply egg yolk.
Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes
Remove your galette and serve with ice cream if desired.
