Beetroot Dip

small red onion
250 g yoghurt
150 g Freya Gurme Beetroot Galangal sauce
60 g finely chopped dill
enough salt
Optionally, you can decorate the cocktail with black olives or small pieces of walnuts.
Chop the onion into cubes
Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
Put it in the service you want
