Beetroot Galangal Balls

500 g cauliflower florets
250 g Freya Gurme Beetroot Galangal
galangal sauce
200 g goat cheese
50 g flour
1 bunch of parsley chopped
250 g strained yoghurt
20 g dill
2 cloves of garlic
salt pepper
2 eggs
Enough panko
frying oil
Grind the cauliflower until it becomes small pieces.
Add your beetroot sauce, cheese, flour and parsley, mix and shape into a ball.
Break the eggs and mix them, put them in a bowl and put panko in another bowl.
Drop your balls into the oil you fried them in.
Sort your yoghurt into a bowl.
Add crushed garlic, dill and salt, put it into your yoghurt and mix.
You can serve your fried beet galangal balls with yoghurt dip.
