Beetroot Galangal Falafel

250 g boiled chickpeas
150 g Freya Gurme Beetroot Galangal sauce
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
50 g parsley, chopped
25g coriander, chopped
45 g whole wheat flour
5 g baking powder
5g salt
3 g black pepper
3 g red pepper powder
300 ml frying oil
Place the boiled and dried chickpeas, onion, garlic and spices in the food processor and grind them.
Take the mixture into a bowl
Add beetroot galangal sauce, flour and baking powder and make meatballs.
Turn the oil to low and fry the walnut-sized falafels.
Take it on a serving plate
