Blueberry Lavender Cobbler

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
500 g Freya Gurme Blueberry Lavender sauce
200 g flour
50g coconut sugar
10 g baking powder
95 g oil, at room temperature
200 ml cream
2g salt
Vanilla ice cream, optional
Set the oven to 190c
Put flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl and mix.
Add oil and knead to the consistency of small crumbs.
Add the cream and mix
Put Blueberry Lavender sauce in the baking dish.
Divide the dough evenly and put it on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Serve first, add ice cream as desired.
