Blueberry Lavender Clafoutis

80 g flour
80g coconut sugar
200 gr Freya Gurme Blueberry Lavender sauce
30 g clarified butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
10 g sugar vanillin
130 ml milk
130 g cream
zest of 1 lemon
Vanilla ice cream, optional
Preheat the oven to 190c
In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs with a hand mixer.
Add vanilla sugar, cream and milk and continue mixing.
Add oil and flour
Put the mixture in the baking dish, add the Blueberry Lavender sauce, grate the lemon peel and put it in the oven.
Cook for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
