Dragon Fruit Pavlova
8-10 Persons
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Holding Time: 2 hours
4 eggs
200 g powdered sugar
5 g corn starch
30 g white couverture chocolate
250 g Freya Gurme Dragon Fruit Sauce
Fresh fruit
Set the oven to 120c turbo.
Take the egg whites into your mixer bowl.
Beat at highest speed for about 3 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar slowly and beat for about 6 minutes.
Add starch, mix and turn off.
Put baking paper on the baking tray
Put the mixture and shape it with the help of spatula.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour
Turn off the oven and let it sit for 2 hours.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler
Place the pavlova on a serving plate, first the white chocolate, then the Dragon Fruit sauce.
Decorate with fresh fruits
