For dough
300 g flour
300 g oil, at room temperature
2g salt
Enough ice water
1 egg, beaten
For the cream
250 gr Freya Gurme Dragon Fruit Sauce
370 ml milk
3 eggs, yolk
80g sugar
25 g corn starch
15 g flour
20 g butter
5 ml vanilla extract
Fabrication
Put flour and oil in a large bowl and mix.
Add salt and knead
Add ice water according to consistency and continue kneading.
When the dough reaches the consistency you want, wrap it in stretch wrap and wait for about 25 minutes.

To prepare the cream, place the egg in a saucepan and whisk.
Add the milk and turn on the heat.
Add sugar and butter and continue mixing.
Add flour and starch, mix and reduce the heat.
Add your dragon fruit sauce and vanilla extract.
and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes.
Set your sauce aside
Roll out your dough into a rectangular shape.
Close it from the edges, shape it into a square and open it again.
Do this process four times
Roll out your dough on a floured surface and cut it to the size you want.
Brush with beaten egg and bake in your oven preheated to 190c for 10 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Apply the Dragon Fruit sauce you prepared on your puff pastry.
