Passionfruit Salmon Ceviche

Materials
250 g salmon fillet
1 red onion, chopped small
1 green pepper, chopped small
150 g Freya Gurme Passionfruit Sauce
15 ml soy sauce
10 ml lemon juice
10 g coriander
2g salt
Fabrication
Cut the salmon into cubes
Add soy sauce, onion, pepper and coriander and mix.
Add passionfruit sauce, lemon and salt.
Place on a serving plate
Enjoy your meal!
