Fool Mango & Passionfruit

Preparation Time: 10 min
Chilling in the refrigerator for 2 hours
2 ripe mangoes
150 ml cream
250 g yoghurt
30 g powdered sugar
225 g Freya Gurme Passionfruit Sauce
100 g roasted almonds
Chop the mangoes into cubes and set aside.
Mix cream and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Add yoghurt and continue mixing.
Put the passionfruit sauce into the yoghurt mixture.
First add the mixture and then the mango into the glass bowls.
Cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
Serve with roasted almonds on top.
