Pad Thai with Passionfruit Shrimp

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
400 g rice pasta
200 g Freya Gurme Passionfruit sauce
300 g shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
4 red peppers
4 dried hot peppers
20 ml olive oil
2g salt
2 g black pepper
5 g chives
10 ml lime juice
Boil your rice pasta for 12-14 minutes.
Pour olive oil into your wok, add finely chopped garlic and start sautéing.
Add finely chopped fresh and dried peppers, add your shrimps and continue sautéing.
Add passionfruit sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper to the sauce mould, mix and set aside.
Drain the boiled rice noodles and place them in the wok pan.
Add the sauce
Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes
Place on a serving plate and add thinly cut onions and serve.
