Spiced Pumpkin Moist Cake

250 g Freya Gurme Spicy Pumpkin Sauce
300 g coconut sugar
240 ml oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
280 g flour
10 g baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3-4 drops of lemon
180 g cream cheese
80 g powdered sugar
10g vanilla
10 g corn starch
Turn your oven to 180 degrees upside down.
Beat eggs and sugar in a countertop mixer for 10 minutes.
Add your pumpkin sauce, oil and vanilla extract and
keep mixing
Lower the setting of your mixer and add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix.
In a hand blender, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, corn starch and vanilla until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Add your dough first and then the cheese sauce to your cake mold.
Shape it with the help of a knife
Cook for 30 minutes
